After years of exploring all the hotels and what they offer, we have chosen to work directly with the Grand Monarque. This hotel is a stone's throw from the Cathedral. It will nurture and support you beautifully during your time in Chartres.

A few things of note:

As we are frequent and welcome visitors to the Monarque, they have graciously given us a reduced rate for our clients. It is a superb hotel with impeccable service and true French ambiance.

And, the cost of the retreat has been modified, given our times, and given the importance of keeping access open for everyone -- in spite of the times we are in. As well as this reduction, NUMINA has matched the offer of the Monarque, giving you a great rate for your accommodation package for the week. See specifics below.

Your reservation, upon acceptance, includes a non-refundable but transferable deposit of half to secure your space.

Your reservation at the Monarque spans from checking in on the Sunday the 4th, and remaining for a full week, and checking out on the morning of the 11th, Sunday. The price you pay is for seven nights with continental breakfast included.

Your hotel room, single occupancy rate is 680 Euros for the week with breakfast.

Your hotel room, double occupancy rate is 865 Euros for the week with breakfast.

The actual retreat runs 5-9 October, Monday through Friday however you are booked for a full week in Chartres, intentionally set to give you entry and integrative time, with a reduced rate that allows it.

Separately from your deposit, your reservation at the Monarque is paid directly to NUMINA, and can be Paypal'd with a credit card, if you choose. This is due by 1 August.

Final payment for the retreat is due 15 July 09.
